My name is Cynthia (Cindy) Yeung and I have dedicated my entire legal career to seeking equity and justice for people and communities when access to justice is a barrier. After graduating from Seattle University School of Law in 2004, I completed a judicial clerkship at Snohomish County Superior Court. I then spent the next 11 years practicing at the Northwest Justice Project working in a variety of different practice areas including housing, family law, public benefits, consumer, and youth law. More recently, I worked as an Administrative Law Judge with the Washington State Office of Administrative Hearings adjudicating unemployment appeals and serving as the Assistant Dean of the Access to Justice Institute at Seattle University School of Law for the past five years.

I am an Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder (AWI-CH) and am a proven leader with significant legal experience, strong ties to the community, and no one will work harder or care more to ensure your legal issue is resolved. I offer fixed pricing so you do not have to worry about the hourly fees attached to calling or emailing me with questions or concerns.

Outside of work, you can find me hiking the Pacific Northwest, cooking, or spending time with my family.
